Job Description: Pre-Primary Teacher Qualification: Graduate with NTT / Early Childhood Education / Montessori Training Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in teaching pre-primary classes Key Responsibilities: Create a safe, caring, and engaging classroom environment for young children. Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons in literacy, numeracy, motor skills, and general awareness. Develop creative activities that support social, emotional, and cognitive development. Maintain classroom hygiene, safety protocols, and discipline with a positive approach. Observe and assess each child's progress and share feedback with parents regularly. Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, and learning materials. Coordinate with co-teachers and support staff to ensure smooth daily routines. Participate in school events, celebrations, and parent–teacher meetings. Maintain records and documentation as per school guidelines.
