We’re looking for an Front Desk Executive cum Administrator to join our team. The job description is as follows: - Manage front-office tasks such as keeping up the inventory, handling walk-in enquiries, vendor management, etc., - Handle sales enquiries and do regular follow-ups - Co-ordination between teaching staff, students and management - Track and monitor the classes - Maintaining student records in the system - Prepare basic sales reports in excel. An ideal candidate should possess the following skills: - Must have good communication skills in English both written and verbal. - Should possess computer skills to handle Outlook Mails, MS Office, MS Excel. - Any bachelors degree - Experience in basic accounting will be an advantage.
