You will be joining Iraivi LGBT Charitable Trust as a Director of Event Management on a full-time basis in Chennai. Your primary responsibilities will include event planning, budgeting, event management, communication, and sales on a day-to-day basis. To excel in this role, you should possess strong skills in event planning, event management, budgeting, and sales. Effective communication skills are essential, as well as experience in managing large-scale events. You must be capable of working under pressure, meeting deadlines, and demonstrating excellent organizational and time management skills. Experience in the non-profit or LGBTQ+ sector would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field is required. Familiarity with the Tamil Nadu market, good connections with corporate companies, and willingness to travel are also important aspects of this role.,
