Job Description

Key Responsibilities -

Develop and maintain
incoming QC processes, inspection criteria, sampling plans, and acceptance standards
.
Oversee
raw material inspections
, monitor KPIs, and maintain lot traceability.
Investigate quality issues, implement
CAPA
, and drive
continuous improvement initiatives
.
Manage
incoming QC labs
, ensure accurate chemical testing, SOP adherence, and equipment calibration.
Lead
training programs
and benchmark best practices.
Collaborate with
supply chain, production, and engineering teams
to resolve quality issues.
Ensure compliance with
ISO, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
.
Support APQP deliverables: PFC, FMEA, and Control Plans.

Qualifications & Skills -

Masters in chemistry/Electrochemistry, or a related field.
Six Sigma Green Belt (GB) or Black Belt (BB) certification is a plus.
8+ years in QA (EV battery preferred), expertise in
QC methodologies, inspection criteria, sampling, SPC, and value stream mapping
.
Hands-on experience in
testing, data analysis, and QC software/tools
.
Familiar with
SOPs, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements
.
Master’s in Chemistry/Electrochemistry preferred; Six Sigma GB/BB is a plus.
Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.
Self-motivated, process-driven, energetic, and committed to
zero-defect quality
