This is a field job for 0.5 to 2 years of experienced candidate Key responsibilities: · To manage a team of 4-5 field supervisors and grass root level workers · To assist the Project Coordinators /Team Leaders in the implementation of Community Development programmes as required within the location. · To be involved in conducting PRA’s and other stakeholder engagement exercises to prioritize the needs of the community. · To support project supervisors / grass root level workers in planning & execution of program activities in the time frame · Break projects activities into doable actions and set timeframes · To support subordinates in conducting community level awareness program · To update subordinates about ongoing / recent developments in the field of CRM and to ensure implementation in the field · Mapping of machine owners (Combine owners, Happy seeders) and linking them with program activities · To ensure timely execution of program activities / task as given per targets · Monitoring and supervision of program activities within the assigned area · To guide field team in conducting field demos / field days etc. · Liaison with local partners / institutions like cooperative society / FPO/ CHC etc. · Coordination with district / block level Govt. institutions / KVK’s · Cluster level data collection and management and documentation as required by the project management Competencies · Strong coordination & networking skills in Community · Creative Ability: Has knowledge, necessary skills to innovate and assist in the processes of Community Development. · Good program implementation, rapport Building & field skills. · Self-motivated person with a positive attitude. · Ability to work with different communities in general in the villages · Contributes to team performance. Engage and integrate members of team. Understands the need of group collaboration, empathy, consensual decision making and respect other. This is a field job.
