We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. You will support lead generation, brand visibility, content creation, and digital outreach to expand Iplon’s market presence. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) Manage digital platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) Conduct market research and competitor analysis Coordinate with sales and product teams for campaign alignment Develop content for brochures, social media, blogs, and emailers Track, analyze, and report campaign performance (SEO/Google Ads optional) Represent the company at events, expos, and webinars Key Skills Strong communication (verbal & written) Digital marketing (SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, social media) Content creation and copywriting Email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns) MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Basic graphic tools (Canva or Photoshop preferred) Event coordination & branding knowledge Time management and multitasking Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field 1–6 years experience in a marketing or communication role Why Join Us Great team culture and growth opportunities Exposure to clean energy and smart tech industries Creative freedom and hands-on learning Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Experience: Total: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
