Description
Responsibilities: 1. Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure solutions, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless networks. 2. Perform network capacity planning and develop strategies for network expansion and optimization. 3. Configure and troubleshoot network equipment, protocols, and services, including TCP/IP, VLANs, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, QoS, and VPNs. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop Data, network security policies, implement network security measures, and respond to security incidents. 5. Conduct network assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements. 6. Provide technical guidance and support to junior network engineers and other IT staff. 7. Create and maintain network documentation, including network diagrams, HLD/LLSD, configurations, and standard operating procedures. 8. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in network engineering. 9. Participate in on-call rotations and respond to network-related incidents and emergencies. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (CCNP, HCNP, CCIE(equivalent.) will be a plus. 2. Proven experience as a Level 3 Network Engineer or similar role, with a minimum of 8+ years in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-level and ISP networks. 3. Strong knowledge of network protocols, technologies, and architectures, including TCP/IP, VLANs, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, QoS, and VPNs. 4. Hands-on experience with network equipment and tools, such as Cisco/Huawei routers and switches, Multi-Vendor firewalls, Wireshark, and network monitoring systems. 5. Understanding of Data network security principles and practices, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPN technologies. 6. Proficiency in network troubleshooting and analysis using tools like packet captures, SNMP, and syslog. 7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously. 8. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail. 9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 10. Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and participate in on-call rotations as needed.
