Operations Management: Managing the flow of goods, including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching products efficiently and accurately. Space Optimization: Planning and implementing warehouse layouts and designs to maximize the use of storage space and resources. Safety and Maintenance: Enforcing safety regulations, conducting regular equipment inspections, and ensuring the warehouse environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained. Logistics Coordination: Communicating with drivers, suppliers, and other departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
