IP Attorney

You will be responsible for coordinating with IP Counsels and providing recommendations on invention disclosures to assist in filing decisions. Additionally, you will be prosecuting patent applications before the Indian Patent Office, EPO, USPTO, UKIPO. Your expertise in patent drafting and prosecution across multiple jurisdictions, coupled with a solid understanding of the IP system and laws, will be essential in this role. Your duties will include supporting the preparation and prosecution of patent applications by collaborating with inventors, formulating response strategies for office actions, and drafting complete responses. You will also play a key role in mentoring team members in specific technology areas, guiding them in response strategies for office actions. Furthermore, you will be preparing and prosecuting patent applications in the U.S., U.K., PCT, EP, India, and other international jurisdictions both in-house and with external counsel. Your involvement in reviewing invention disclosures, conducting portfolio analyses, collaborating with technical patent inventors, and engaging with the patent review committee will be crucial for the success of prosecution projects. Overall, your expertise in patent prosecution, drafting, and mentoring will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient and effective prosecution of patent applications across various jurisdictions.,
