Role & responsibilities Conduct thorough legal research Drafting of Petitions, Applications, Appeals, Replies, Rejoinders, with respect to IBC & other matters to be filed before Honble NCLT/NCLAT/High Court/Supreme Court or any other court Assist in other Compliances required for conducting CIRP/Liquidation Process. Prepare detailed memos and reports summarizing research findings Assist with tax preparation tasks for individual and corporate clients Assist in creating model test papers based on IBC 2016 Assist in Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process under IBC 2016 Attending various related court and offices Managing office and any assigned work Preferred candidate profile Proficient in English Speaking, Writing & Drafting Skills. Competent for Legal Research, Article Writing, Preparing MCQ Tests on IBC, Judgment Briefs and Presentations. Preference will be given to candidates have strong communication skill with AI based digital search efficiency
