As an IoT Engineer specializing in Automation & AI, your role will involve a variety of responsibilities to ensure the successful development and implementation of IoT hardware and automation systems. Here is a breakdown of what will be expected from you: - **PCB Design & Prototyping**: - Design, develop, and test PCB boards specifically tailored for IoT and automation hardware. - **Sensors Integration**: - Work with a diverse range of sensors including temperature, humidity, ultrasonic, proximity, PIR motion, LDR/light, pressure, GPS, accelerometer, gyroscope, and gas sensors. - **Motors & Actuators**: - Control and integrate various types of motors such as DC motors, servo motors, stepper motors, solenoids, linear actuators, and robotic arms into the automation systems. - **Automation Systems**: - Develop automation solutions for robotics, smart home devices, industrial machinery, and AI-based control systems. - **Embedded Systems**: - Program and integrate IoT hardware with microcontrollers like Raspberry Pi, Arduino, ESP32, and STM32 for seamless functioning. - **Connectivity Protocols**: - Implement various communication protocols like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, LoRa, and MQTT to enable efficient data transfer in IoT systems. - **Peripheral Devices**: - Handle the integration of peripheral devices such as cameras, projectors, LED/LCD displays, and audio systems to enhance the functionality of AI automation projects. - **Prototyping & Testing**: - Create functional prototypes, conduct thorough diagnostics, and ensure the overall stability and reliability of the systems. - **Independent Project Handling**: - Take charge of projects independently, right from the conceptualization stage to deployment, showcasing your ability to work with minimal supervision. - **AI Integration**: - Collaborate closely with AI engineers to establish a connection between IoT hardware and AI algorithms, enabling automation and intelligent decision-making processes.
