Job Summary We are seeking an experienced iOS Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of robust and scalable iOS applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in Swift and iOS frameworks, coupled with proven leadership and mentoring abilities. You will lead a team of iOS developers, ensuring high-quality code, efficient workflows, and innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the iOS development team, setting clear goals and providing technical guidance. Architect and develop advanced applications for the iOS platform using Swift. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, backend) to define, design, and ship new features. Review code and ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and optimized performance. Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance and resolve issues. Stay updated with the latest iOS trends, techniques, and technologies, and implement them when appropriate. Plan sprints, assign tasks, and ensure timely delivery of projects. Mentor junior developers, fostering their growth and development. Ensure the app's security, usability, and scalability. Qualifications Technical Skills Strong expertise in Swift and iOS frameworks such as UIKit, Core Data, Core Animation, and Core Graphics. Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and tools like Alamofire, Firebase, etc. Knowledge of Apple's design principles and application interface guidelines. Proficient in using development tools like Xcode and version control systems (e.g., Git). Experience with testing frameworks and CI/CD processes. Leadership Skills Proven experience leading teams and delivering iOS projects successfully. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Experience in publishing iOS apps to the App Store. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
