As a talented leader, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of logistics by joining our team. **Role Overview:** As an experienced iOS Developer Lead at RoadCast, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of our iOS applications. Leading a team of mobile engineers, you will drive best practices to deliver high-quality, scalable, and performant iOS solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the iOS development team by providing mentorship, technical guidance, and conducting code reviews. - Design, develop, and maintain robust iOS applications using Swift, UIKit, and SwiftUI. - Ensure seamless integration with backend services through RESTful APIs and other interfaces. - Optimize app performance, memory usage, and responsiveness to enhance user experience. - Implement and enforce best practices for coding, testing, and deployment. - Collaborate closely with Product, UX/UI, and QA teams to deliver intuitive and feature-rich apps. - Oversee app architecture decisions, scalability, and maintainability. - Stay updated with iOS development trends, frameworks, and emerging technologies. - Ensure app security, stability, and compliance with Apple guidelines. **Qualifications Required:** - 5-8 years of professional iOS development experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role. - Strong proficiency in Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, and iOS SDK. - Experience in integrating iOS apps with RESTful APIs, Core Data, Firebase, and Google Maps SDK. - Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and mobile app performance optimization. - Proficiency in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and app deployment processes. - Proven ability to mentor and lead a team of engineers effectively. - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
