Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Courier & Logistics (DHL, UPS, Aramex) Location: Maharashtra Region (Mumbai, Pune, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Nagpur, Nashik, Aurangabad) Company: InXpress India – Authorized Sales Partner for DHL, UPS & Aramex Job Overview: InXpress India is seeking dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executives to promote and sell international and domestic courier solutions in partnership with leading logistics brands: DHL, UPS, and Aramex. You’ll be responsible for acquiring new B2B clients, building strong relationships, and driving revenue across the Maharashtra region. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential SMEs, exporters, e-commerce sellers, and corporates for courier and freight solutions Promote DHL, UPS & Aramex shipping services under the InXpress platform Conduct field visits, client meetings, and product demos Generate leads via cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital tools Prepare and deliver customized proposals and pricing Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs Ensure proper onboarding, documentation, and account activation Provide ongoing client support in coordination with internal customer service teams Maintain accurate CRM/sales reports Key Skills Required: Strong knowledge of international/domestic courier & logistics industry Proven experience in field sales, B2B sales, or logistics solutions selling Excellent communication and presentation skills Self-motivated, target-oriented, and persistent Basic proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and mobile apps Qualifications: Graduate or equivalent (preferably in Business, Logistics, or Marketing) Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience (logistics/courier industry preferred) Freshers with strong communication and a passion for sales may apply What We Offer: Competitive salary + attractive incentives Travel allowances and mobile reimbursement On-job training and sales toolkit Opportunity to work with top global logistics brands Fast-track career growth within the InXpress network
