Key Responsibilities

We are part of the Customer Billing team, and we receive invoice requests submitted by the Project Leader or Project Manager. The Invoice team checks these requests to make sure they’re correct before generating the invoices. After that, the O2C team handles verification and any follow-up tasks. The invoice is then sent to the customers by either the O2C team or the Project Leader. If needed, there’s also a process for canceling invoices. Submission of invoice request form by PL/PM
