You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience to apply for this position. Your responsibilities will include: - Installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer systems, workstations, printers, etc. - Troubleshooting network connectivity issues. - Coordinating with third-party vendors for IT-related matters such as software, hardware, implementation, and upgrades. - Developing, revising, and implementing IT standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines. - Monitoring servers, networks, and backups on a daily basis. - Addressing client issues promptly and documenting them in the incident register. - Managing day-to-day activities and providing timely reports to the IT Department Head. - Performing daily backups of regulatory data. - Creating and disabling domain users and instrument software users. - Setting up email accounts and configuring email clients (Microsoft Office 365). - Having hands-on experience in handling pharmaceutical or R&D lab systems is preferred.
