What Youll Do: As a Junior Full Stack Developer, you’ll help design, build, and launch creative web applications that make a real impact for our clients. You’ll get to work across the full stack — from front-end interfaces to back-end logic — and learn a ton along the way. What We’re Looking For: A solid understanding of at least one full-stack web framework (any language is fine!) Some hands-on experience working on full-stack projects Good grasp of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — especially using JS or jQuery to add interactions Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills A genuine curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies Nice-to-Have Skills: Some exposure to React Native (building simple mobile screens or interactions) Experience with Ruby on Rails (Models, Views, Controllers, Helpers, Mailers, Scopes, etc.) Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
