We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media & Content Executive with a strong understanding of financial products, mutual funds, and stock markets . The ideal candidate will manage and grow our social media presence across key platforms, create engaging content, and collaborate with design and marketing teams to drive brand awareness and engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic social media plans across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube . Create and manage short-form content , posts, captions, and video scripts aligned with brand voice. Collaborate with design agencies to produce infographics, creatives, and promotional visuals . Schedule and publish daily/weekly content including reels, stories, and videos using content scheduling tools. Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics , providing insights and optimization strategies. Manage brand collaborations , influencer outreach, and partnership campaigns to increase online visibility. Stay updated with the latest financial market trends , digital marketing trends, and social media algorithms. Ensure compliance with financial marketing guidelines in all content. Required Skills & Tools: Hands-on experience with content scheduling and social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.) Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Ads Manager Experience managing Facebook Business Account , LinkedIn Page , and YouTube Channel Working knowledge of Canva or similar design tools Strong command over English writing and communication Analytical mindset with experience using social media analytics tools Preferred Candidate Profile: Prior experience in Stock Broking , Mutual Fund , or Financial Services sector Proven ability to create or manage financial content and social media campaigns Understanding of financial literacy, investment, and market-related communication
