From concept development and scripting to filming, editing, and distribution—we handle every stage of the podcast production process. What You’ll Do Colour-grade video footage to match brand aesthetics Perform audio correction and enhancement Create high-retention hooks and promos Edit and repurpose long-form podcast episodes into high-impact short-form clips Collaborate closely with producers to maintain consistent storytelling and pacing Qualifications Proven experience in video colour grading Strong skills in audio correction and mixing Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro Experience creating high-quality short-form video content (e.g., Reels, Shorts, TikToks) Excellent attention to detail and a creative eye Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively in a remote setting Prior experience in podcasting or media production is a plus Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking ambitious and passionate editors and producers who are dedicated to crafting standout podcasts and promoting them to the world.
