Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate located in West Delhi. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, selling real estate and consultancy services, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, generating leads, presenting investment opportunities, negotiating deals, and maintaining updated sales records. The role requires extensive interaction with clients and collaboration with the internal team to deliver outstanding sales performance. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to generate leads and close deals Knowledge of real estate investment and consultancy is an advantage Excellent organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the real estate or consulting industry is a plus
