Job Role : Treasury Manager Work Location : Chennai / Pondicherry Role & responsibilities The Treasury Manager will oversee the end-to-end treasury and investment operations of a large-cap portfolio within a private family office. This includes managing liquidity, optimizing asset allocation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and preserving intergenerational wealth through disciplined financial strategies. Portfolio Oversight: Manage and monitor a diversified portfolio of large-cap equities, fixed income, and alternative investments in line with the family's financial goals and risk appetite. Cash & Liquidity Management : Ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs, capital calls, and lifestyle requirements while maximizing returns on idle funds. Investment Strategy Support: Collaborate with external advisors and internal stakeholders to evaluate new investment opportunities and rebalance the portfolio as needed. Reporting & Analysis: Deliver consolidated performance reports, scenario analyses, and investment dashboards for family stakeholders. Banking & Custodian Relations: Maintain strong relationships with banks, Fund houses and investment platforms to ensure efficient execution and safekeeping of assets. Governance & Compliance : Uphold investment policy statements, ensure regulatory compliance, and support estate and succession planning efforts. Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle all financial matters with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism. Required Candidate : Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CFA/CA/MBA (Finance) preferred. Experience in portfolio management, investment analysis, or treasury operations, preferably in a family office, wealth management firm, or investment advisory setup. Strong knowledge of capital markets, asset classes (equities, fixed income, alternatives) Familiarity with treasury systems, banking platforms, and investment tools Ability to work independently and as a trusted financial advisor Ability to implement process automation and improve operational efficiency Interested candidates can share their profiles to : deepanchakravarthi.elumalai@integra.co.in
