Job Description

About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Initiate outbound calls to channel partners (real estate brokers, IFAs, wealth managers, CAs, etc.) to introduce and explain active real estate investment opportunities. 2. Conduct follow-ups with interested partners and assist in lead registration, site visits, and deal conversions. 3. Connect with HNIs and UHNIs from our database to share curated offerings, answer preliminary queries, and schedule follow-up conversations with senior advisors. 4. Maintain detailed call logs, feedback notes, and lead updates on the CRM system. 5. Coordinate with the marketing team for fresh outreach campaigns and targeted call lists. 6. Assist in nurturing long-term relationships with repeat brokers and investors. Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus). 2. Confidence and fluency in pitching high-ticket products on the phone. 3. Prior experience in telecalling / inside sales/investor relations/channel partner management preferred (real estate or financial products background ideal). 4. Basic working knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel/CRM tools. 5. Ability to absorb product knowledge and explain it persuasively to different audience types. 6. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telecalling/outbound sales/customer relationship roles (Higher experience candidates would be preferred). 7. Background in real estate, financial services, insurance, or luxury products preferred. 8. Energetic, self-motivated, and comfortable working with minimal supervision. 9. Comfortable making 70–100 calls a day, with a focus on quality conversations and long-term conversion.
