A Large bank in UAE is looking for Investment Banking Application Support consultant.
CIB Credit-CAPS Products support.
To Analyze and resolve the end user's issues related to applications
Business Support: Provide 24/7 support to the business users and branch operations.
Monitor infra servers for space issues including Windows and Linux Servers.
Shell scripting, Working on report automation (using shell script)
Created jobs in windows task scheduler to automate the existing process
Created support documentation that enabled user community to extend skills, leverage system features and find resolutions to questions without intervention from support team
Must have
Programming Languages : Java, .net,
Database : MySQL, PL/SQL, Oracle 19c., Sybase ASE, Oracle
Tools : PL/SQL Developer, MySQL, Apache Tomcat, IIS, Linux, HPSM, Service Now, Splunk, Control-M, Linux crontab, Sybase, Oracle.
AWS Cloud : EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, SNS, R53, RDS, EFS, EBS, Elastic Load Balancer, Auto Scaling.
