Investment & Accounting Executive

Profile Summary

We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented Investment & Accounting Executive who can independently manage day-to-day accounting as well as oversee investment-related activities.
The ideal candidate must have knowledge of share market operations, including intraday trading, delivery-based trading, SIP management, ETFs (especially Nifty Bees), and mutual funds, along with strong accounting skills

Investment Management:

• Handle share sale-purchase, including intraday and delivery trades.
• Maintain records of all Equity, ETF (NiftyBees), and Mutual Fund/SIP transactions.
• Track portfolio performance and prepare periodic investment reports.
• Coordinate with brokers and investment platforms for smooth transactions.
• Ensure accurate accounting entries for all investment transactions.

Accounting Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly reconciliations, depreciation entries, and closing activities.
• Handle ledger scrutiny, journal entries, and adjustments.
• Manage bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and financial documentation.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Stock Market (Equity, SIP, ETFs) and ability to handle investment portfolios.
• Solid understanding of core accounting—BS, P&L, depreciation, reconciliations.
• Ability to manage both investment records and daily accounting tasks independently.
• Proficiency in Tally / Excel / accounting software.
• Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and understanding of financial data.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in managing share trading, mutual funds, Nifty Bees, or ETF portfolios.
• 2–3 years of accounting experience.
