Senior Sales & Field Marketing Executive – InventreeFY Location: Jodhpur (On-site) Experience: 5+ Years | Full-Time About the Role InventreeFY is expanding its in-person sales channel, and we are looking for an experienced sales professional who can build and manage this vertical end-to-end. This role requires strong field-sales expertise, market understanding, and the ability to independently drive growth in MSME manufacturing segments. Key Responsibilities • Set up and execute the complete on-ground sales process for InventreeFY • Identify target markets, manufacturers, wholesalers, and high-potential industry clusters • Conduct field visits, demos, and relationship-building meetings • Develop local marketing activities: trade meets, events, partnerships, and outreach campaigns • Create and manage a structured sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups • Provide market feedback to improve product features and marketing strategy • Support customer onboarding and ensure strong early adoption Experience Required • Minimum 5+ years in field sales, B2B product marketing, or SaaS sales • Proven experience selling to MSMEs or manufacturing sectors • Ability to build a territory strategy and sales system from scratch • Strong track record of meeting sales targets and managing a lead funnel Skills • Excellent communication and negotiation • Strong market research and networking ability • High ownership and independent execution • Comfortable with travel and field activities Education Graduate degree required; MBA preferred.
