Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Inventory Executive to manage stock levels, ensure proper record-keeping, and support smooth warehouse and sales operations for our plywood, laminates, and hardware business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records for plywood, laminates, hardware, and accessories
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with purchase team for timely replenishment
• Handle inward and outward stock entries in system and registers
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials
• Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams for order fulfillment
• Prepare inventory reports and share updates with management
• Ensure minimal stock loss, damage, and wastage

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in inventory/store management
• Experience in plywood, laminates, hardware, or building material industry preferred
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing or inventory software)
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
