· Order Processing on daily basis on all leading marketplaces such as Myntra, flipkart, amazon, Limeroad, Seller Flex.
· Take care of all return activities and seller Flex operations
· Raising SPF claims for all the return products.
· Hiring Manpower and handling the manpower in a more productive manner.
· Experienced in using Uniware Software for processing orders.
· Dispatching and making sure all the orders have been handed over to the Courier partners on time.
· Making sure there are no SLA breaches.
· Fresh Inventory, Quality Checking, GRN (Goods Received Note), Barcoding, Put-away,
· Picking, Quality Checking, Packing, Scanning, Manifesto, Gate pass & Dispatches approx. 1000 Orders on daily basis.
Quality Checking of Fresh Stock (GRN), Dispatch Orders & RTOs shipments.
Shorting, Scanning, Generating Manifesto & Gate pass in WMS & Handovers to couriers
· Responsible for entire RTOs &RVP- Customers Returns Shipments operations.
· RTO Acceptance, Shorting, Opening, Quality Checking, Refurnishing, Bin Allocations, Put Away
RVP-Customer Returns shipments workflow updation & MIS.
· Responsible for Replacements Orders Dispatches on daily basis.
· Responsible for RTV – Return to Vendors stock on daily basis
