Overview: Inuka is working with a leading renewable energy company to bring on a Senior Data Scientist based in Gurgaon. The role will focus on developing data-driven solutions to improve forecasting, asset performance, and operational efficiency across solar, wind, and energy storage projects. Responsibilities: Develop and implement predictive models, optimization algorithms, and performance analytics for renewable energy assets. Analyze large datasets from solar, wind, and BESS operations to identify trends, improve reliability, and optimize energy output. Overview: Inuka is working with a leading renewable energy company to hire a Technical Director – BESS, based in India. The role will provide senior technical leadership across utility-scale battery energy storage projects, ensuring best-in-class engineering, system design, procurement strategy, and project execution across the company’s India and APAC portfolio. Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end technical development of large-scale BESS projects, from concept design through commissioning. Define system architecture, technology configurations, and performance requirements for BESS solutions. Oversee engineering studies, technical specifications, design reviews, and system integration. Guide procurement strategy, evaluate OEM technologies, and support negotiations with battery, inverter, and EPC partners. Provide technical due diligence support for acquisitions, partnerships, and project financing. Ensure compliance with national grid codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Work closely with development, finance, EPC, and O&M teams to align technical and commercial outcomes. Lead troubleshooting and high-level technical issue resolution during construction and operations.
