This role requires a strong grasp of traditional design principles while also leveraging AI tools for enhanced efficiency and creativity. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in design, animation, or a related field. Proficiency in design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Strong skills in motion design and animation using After Effects & Premiere Pro. Ability to create engaging static graphics, motion graphics, and reels. Experience with AI-powered design and video generation tools (Runway, Kaiber, D-ID, Midjourney, etc.) while also being comfortable with traditional design workflows. A portfolio showcasing expertise in both static and animated content Responsibilities Designing a mix of static and motion-based creatives for social media, marketing, and branding. Creating AI-generated reels and short-form video content while also working on traditional motion graphics. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop campaign creatives. Developing brand assets, presentations, and UI visuals. Editing and enhancing video content for various platforms. Ensuring a balance between AI-driven automation and hands-on design to maintain quality and creativity. Staying updated on design and AI trends to incorporate innovative approaches.
