Location: Pune, Maharashtra | Full-Time | On-site Department: Research & Development Intignus Biotech is dedicated to advancing innovative solutions in diagnostics and therapeutics in women’s healthcare. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Scientist to join our Research & Development team. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the development and optimization of novel immunoassays and protein-based technologies in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Lead the design, development, and optimization of ELISA and lateral flow assays (LFAs) • Conduct protein purification, labelling, and analytical characterization • Analyze experimental data and prepare technical reports and presentations • Identify and troubleshoot technical challenges related to assay performance • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and regulatory affairs • Ensure accurate and complete documentation of experimental procedures and outcomes • Stay informed on current scientific advancements relevant to the field Qualifications and Experience • Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Immunology, or a related discipline • 2+ years of hands-on experience in a biotech or life sciences industry setting • Demonstrated hands-on expertise in ELISA, lateral flow assay, and protein chemistry • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Familiarity with quality systems and regulated environments (e.g., ISO 13485, GMP) is preferred
