Sales to dentists / Implantologists / Institutions and Key Accounts (South India & Key accounts Pan India) - Developing and implementing strategic business plans to drive sales growth - Accountable for order taking and fulfilment, and the entire process in between - To engage and work with Dental Institutions & training Centers to develop programs to train and support upcoming implantologists and students - Identify partnership opportunities and develop new relationships to grow business - Maintain existing business and build relationships with customers for growing the companys business - Compiling and distributing financial and statistical sales information - To be the liaison between the customer and the company for product related feedback, inputs and improvements and work effectively across cross-functional teams - Developing Key Opinion Leader (KOLs) for product evaluation, training and marketing initiatives - Utilize material generated through KOLs and institutions in marketing campaigns and communication. - Creating relationship with customers and building a robust database for the geographic area - Updating customer database and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system - Reporting sales against targets and identifying and executing plans to meet or exceed sales plans - Responsible for marketing communications, writing and proofreading creative copy for marketing communication organizing events and product exhibitions - Assisting, developing and implementing an effective marketing plan that includes product launch plans, conference participation, marketing communications, effective spending and management of marketing budgets & aiding sales through effective scientific & marketing programs - Identify marketing channels for the business Key skill requirements - Proven success in closing deals and negotiating contracts, with a track record of achieving revenue targets, and expanding customer base - 3-5 years of prior industry related business development experience - Ideal candidate must have a strong sense of pride in showcasing and selling Made in India product. - Drive and initiative to get things done, even in complex situations - Focused and goal-oriented to drive companys success. - Demonstrated experience in planning business strategies that have driven sales growth and market development - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build profitable relationships with clients and partners. - Verbal and written communication in English, kannada is a must. Other south Indian language is a plus. - Strong attention to detail commercial awareness of the product - An analytical mindset and the ability to interpret complex market data to develop strategic sales and client development plans - Good skills in productivity tools like excel, word, power point - Familiarity with digital marketing channels and techniques would be plus - Exposure to ISO 13485 is a plus" Bachelor's or masters in business, marketing, or medical field. 3-5+ years of experience in business development/sales in dental implant industry
