Job Description

Interventional Cardiologist

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular
Cardiology OPD
(outpatient consultations).
Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures in the cath lab.
Manage inpatient and outpatient care for patients with cardiovascular diseases.
Participate in and conduct
medical camps
to extend cardiac care into the community.
Interpret ECGs, echocardiograms, stress tests, and other diagnostic investigations.
Work closely with cardiologists, surgeons, and allied health professionals for integrated patient care.
Contribute to clinical research, training, and academic programs.

Qualifications

MD / DM or equivalent in Cardiology with specialization in
Interventional Cardiology
.
Proven expertise in interventional procedures (angioplasty, stenting, device closures, etc.).
Proficiency in cath lab techniques and management of cardiovascular emergencies.
Board certification (or equivalent recognition) in Cardiology.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
Prior clinical/hospital experience preferred.
