Internship/Fresher Opportunity: Social Media & Strategy Assistant

We’re on the lookout for smart, curious, and creative interns or freshers who want to dive deep into the world of social media, brand strategy, and influencer marketing.

This isn’t your regular “just post on Instagram” kind of job. You’ll work directly with us to build strategies for diverse clients, create thumb-stopping content, experiment with bold ideas, and help manage social media accounts that actually make people stop and engage.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in building content & campaign strategies for clients across industries
• Research trends, audiences, and competitors to fuel creative ideas
• Create and schedule social media posts (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
• Help manage and monitor client accounts – track engagement, respond to DMs/comments, etc.
• Support influencer collaborations: from shortlisting creators to helping execute campaigns
• Think out of the grid — bring ideas that are fresh, meme-worthy, or just plain unforgettable
• Learn the ropes of brand-building, content creation, and performance tracking

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Is curious, self-driven, and hungry to learn
• Thinks creatively and isn’t afraid to pitch wild ideas
• Understands how social media works and stays on top of trends
• Has a decent sense of design or storytelling (bonus if you know Canva or CapCut!)
• Communicates clearly and loves a good brainstorm session
• Is okay with multitasking across different brands and content formats

Bonus (but not mandatory):

• Basic understanding of influencer marketing
• Knows how to write catchy captions
• Has worked on their own personal or college page/project before
• Interest in memes, pop culture, or internet humour
