- Currently studying or recently graduated (within the past year) from a D1, D2, D3, D4, or S1 program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Systems, or a related major.
- Basic understanding of hardware, software, and troubleshooting principles.
- Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and basic networking concepts.
- Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented.
- Confident in verbal and written English communication.
- Passionate about using technology to improve processes and user experience.
- Responsible, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive data.
- Willing to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of 6 months.
