Internship Computer Hardware & Networking Technician (Male/Female)

Key responsibilities

• Installation and configuration: Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware, peripherals, and network equipment according to specifications.
• Troubleshooting and repair: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hardware malfunctions and faults in various systems like laptops, desktops, and servers.
• Maintenance and testing: Perform routine maintenance, conduct testing to identify and resolve issues, and assist in repairing electronic board faults.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of hardware configurations, inventory, test results, and maintenance activities.
• Collaboration and support: Work with senior engineers and other IT staff to resolve hardware-related issues and provide technical support.
• Quality and improvement: Help improve hardware performance, reliability, and productivity.
