Interns - R&D and Educator

 Inspection and Testing: Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods using various measuring instruments and techniques (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges, visual inspection).

 Data Collection and Documentation: Accurately record inspection results, test data, and any deviations from quality standards. Maintain detailed logs and reports.

 Sampling: Collect samples of materials or products for testing and analysis. Prepare samples for laboratory testing as needed.

 Non-Conformance Reporting: Assist in identifying and documenting non-conforming materials or products. Help in the investigation of root causes and implementation of corrective actions.

 Quality Checks: Perform quality checks at various stages of the manufacturing process to ensure adherence to quality standards.  Process Improvement: Contribute to the identification of areas for improvement in quality control processes.
