Job Description

Role & responsibilities  Taking US patient inbound calls.  Scheduling/rescheduling patient appointment.  Helping patients with requested information.  Utilizing the correct Practice & protocol document.  Dealing with empathy and maintaining a positive demeanor while on call with patient.  Escalating case to concern person if required. No Cab Facilities Preferred candidate profile  Should be flexible working for US shifts.  Should have good typing skills (25-30 wpm).  Should have good English communication skills (both oral and written).  Knowledge of US Healthcare would be an added advantage.  Should be open & flexible to align with business requirements as needed.
