International Voice Process

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls with international customers.

Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.

Maintain a professional and courteous approach while communicating with clients.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Follow company processes and quality guidelines.

Requirements:

C1 Level English Proficiency (Advanced English Communication Skills).

Minimum 6 months of exp is required.

Freshers are not Eligible
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Ability to handle international customers professionally.
