Role Overview: You will be joining an International BPO based in Mumbai, where you will be handling voice processes. Your primary responsibility will be to communicate effectively with international customers. This is a full-time and permanent position suitable for Graduate Freshers or HSC graduates with at least 6 months of experience. The company offers a dynamic work environment with 5 days a week working schedule, including rotational shifts, including night shifts. Cab facility is provided by the company for your convenience.
