Make outgoing calls to the international clients.
Understand client requirements and identify potential service needs.
Transfer qualified leads to senior team members for further assistance.
Engage in cold calling and lead generation activities.
Freshers are welcome.
Shift - 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
5 Days working
Sat & Sun are fixed off.
