Who Can Apply:

• Freshers with strong communication skills
• Candidates with prior experience in international outbound voice processes

Salary & Benefits:

• Freshers: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000/month + performance incentives
• Experienced: Up to ₹25,000/month + performance incentives
• One-side pick-up cab facility
• One-time meal provided
• Sunday off and Saturday half-day

Shift Timings:

• Fixed shift: 4:30 AM – 1:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through international voice calls
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather information
• Maintain records and ensure timely follow-ups
• Work towards achieving team and individual targets

Requirements:

• Excellent fluency in English communication
• Energetic, confident, and target-driven
• Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment
