As a technically qualified garment professional, your main responsibilities will include overseeing product development, managing tech packs, sampling, and production processes. Your key responsibilities will involve developing and managing tech packs and Bills of Materials (BOMs), approving fabrics, trims, and garment samples, coordinating fit sessions, resolving construction issues, monitoring pre-production activities, and ensuring quality control throughout the production process. Additionally, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between buyers and the production team. We are seeking candidates who hold a degree or diploma in Garment, Textile, or Fashion Technology, demonstrating a strong technical foundation in the industry. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of hands-on experience in the garment or fashion sector, possess a deep understanding of woven and knit fabrics, as well as garment construction techniques, and exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Illustrator for design detailing.
