1. Lead end-to-end bid and proposal management activities as an individual contributor across international markets (LATAM, EMEA, APAC, and NA) for the Gaming, Software, and IT Solutions domain, handling international bids in both government and private sectors. 2. Identify tender opportunities, conduct bid/no-bid decisions, manage bid submissions, drive proposal strategy, ensure compliance with global procurement norms, handle multilingual documents, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful bid outcomes 3. Track and analyze international tender opportunities on public and private e-procurement portals, conduct market and competitor research to assess feasibility, and manage the timely acquisition of tender documents while ensuring compliance with submission protocols. 4. Develop high-quality, persuasive technical and commercial proposals (RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, RFXs), aligned with client needs and regulatory norms, while leading content creation for executive summaries and value-driven presentations. 5. Evaluate bid eligibility and compliance by assessing technical, legal, and financial criteria, collaborating with internal teams, and validating content with subject matter experts. 6. Coordinate pre-bid activities by attending meetings, resolving queries, integrating clarifications, and acting as the primary liaison with clients and partners throughout the bid lifecycle. 7. Manage bid submission by compiling and finalizing documents, ensuring timely delivery as per guidelines, and maintaining a repository for audits and future reference. 8. Collaborate with vendors, departments, and partners to gather necessary inputs and documentation aligned with bid objectives. 9. Devise bid strategies, explore new markets and partnerships, and adapt to global procurement trends for business growth. 10. Track bid performance metrics, conduct post-bid reviews, and enhance workflows for continuous process improvement. 11. Identify and mitigate compliance, financial, or technical risks, resolving issues through strategic collaboration. 12. Prepare and deliver clear and persuasive PowerPoint presentations to both internal stakeholders and clients, effectively using visual aids to communicate bid strategies, proposals, and value propositions. 13. Strong understanding of global tendering norms and compliance requirements. 14. Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking with a self-driven, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset to effectively manage complex bids and deliver successful outcomes. 15. Proficient in e-procurement tools, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, Zoho, SAP, Workday). 16. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
