Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Contact customers to recover outstanding payments.
Negotiate repayment terms and resolve payment queries.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes.

Requirements:

Proficiency in
English and Hindi
(spoken and written).
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Target-driven mindset with a focus on performance.
Prior experience in debt collection or outbound calling is a plus.

Job Details:

Shift Timings:
10"30AM to 7:30 PM (Monday to Saturday).
