Job Description

As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for providing support through chat and voice processes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Communicating effectively in English and utilizing troubleshooting and technical skills - Having a minimum of 6 months of experience in an international process and technical support (troubleshooting) - Engaging in HR Round, Ops Round, and Versant interview rounds You should be either a graduate or undergraduate to be eligible for this role. Please note that the work experience required for this position is 6 months. The location of the job is Gurugram with onsite work, and the workdays are 5 days a week with rotational offs. The shifts are also rotational, and both-side cabs are available for transportation.
