International Customer Support – Semi Voice (Travel Process)

Location: Manyata Tech Park, Hebbal, Bangalore

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives + Cab Facility

Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)

Experience Required:

Minimum 6 Months in International Voice & Chat Support (Mandatory)

Process: Travel Ticket Booking Support (similar to MakeMyTrip, Expedia, etc.)

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic professionals to join our International Customer Support team for a semi-voice role in the Travel & Ticketing domain. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for assisting international customers via calls and chats related to flight bookings, cancellations, reschedules, refunds, and general travel queries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as live chat support for international customers.
• Assist customers with flight bookings, modifications, cancellations, and refunds.
• Provide information related to travel policies, baggage rules, visa norms, etc.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate solutions in a timely manner.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in international voice & chat process (Travel domain preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, night shift environment.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work on rotational shifts/week offs.
