Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls professionally and provide accurate information to customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues.
• Maintain call logs and update customer information in CRM.
• Meet daily/weekly performance targets and quality standards.
• Build rapport with customers and maintain a positive brand image.

Requirements:

· Required Excellent Written & Verbal Comm. Skills in English

• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
• Ready to work in night shifts (as per process requirement).
• Experience in customer support / call center / BPO preferred but not mandatory (freshers welcome).
