International Sales Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and communication-oriented Speaker Acquisition Executive to identify, connect with, and onboard speakers for our seminars, conferences, and professional events.

The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Candidates with experience in Sales, Business Development, Client Relationship Management, or similar roles are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential speakers, industry experts, professionals, and subject-matter specialists.
• Interact with people through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other professional networking channels.
• Explain seminar topics, event objectives, audience profiles, and participation opportunities to prospective speakers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with speakers and industry professionals.
• Convince and encourage suitable speakers to participate in seminars and events.
• Coordinate with confirmed speakers regarding event schedules, topics, availability, and other requirements.
• Follow up with prospective speakers and maintain an updated database of contacts and interactions.
• Work closely with the internal team to ensure the successful onboarding of speakers for upcoming seminars.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
