We are hiring experienced and performance-driven professionals for an International Outbound Sales role handling the US process. This is a strictly target-oriented sales position requiring consistent performance, persuasive communication, and a results-focused approach.

The role involves outbound calling to international clients in the United States market. Candidates must be comfortable working in a high-pressure sales environment with defined revenue targets and performance benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to customers in the US market

• Present products or services effectively and handle objections professionally

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups

• Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals

• Ensure compliance with company policies and international sales standards

Eligibility Criteria

• Relevant experience in outbound international sales is preferred

• Strong communication skills with clear and confident spoken English

• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities

• Target-driven mindset with the ability to perform under pressure

• Willingness to work in a US shift process

Salary and Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary of 35,000
