Description We are seeking a motivated individual for the position of International Process - CSE in India. This role involves assisting international customers with their inquiries and ensuring a high level of service satisfaction. Responsibilities Assist international customers with inquiries and issues via phone, email, or chat. Ensure timely resolution of customer issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and areas for improvement. Skills and Qualifications Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal). Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Proficient in using computer systems and various software applications. Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
